Our founder Andrew has travelled to over 30 counties and having grown tired of hotels decided to stay in serviced accommodation and as a result he has seen the best and worst of this from all 4 corners of the globe.
He therefore decided to lean on his experience and put this extensive knowledge to use; making it a mission to provide high specification, innovative and affordable competition in his lovely hometown of South Shields.
Alas, in 2021 NEW DAY PROPERTIES was born, we are proud to be different; our properties have been thoughtfully handpicked to ensure our guest’s convenience and comprehensively renovated ensuring a hybrid mix of hotel meets home.
PURPOSE DESIGNS
Unlike our competitors, we do not add just acquire ‘good value’ properties to our portfolio. Instead, much experience in the serviced accommodation area, interjected with extensive local knowledge has been utilised to ensure out properties has been strategically handpicked. That’s why they are all spacious, secure, have ample storage, free parking, a short walk to a local shops plus excellent commuter and transport links.
BACK TO BRICK
We do not simply decorate and furnish our properties like most, in fact they all are re-plumbed, re-wired and taken ‘back to brick’ as part of comprehensive renovations. Properties are literally purposely re-designed from scratch. We plan our renovation meticulously and every decision is made with you in mind. We know what it takes to make a great property and for you to have a great stay.
AMAZING FURNITURE
Enjoying your stay mean you want to be comfortable, this is of paramount importance to NEW DAY PROPERTIES. We pay our cleaners well above the going rates to ensure the highest quality deep cleans take place. These are subjected to inspection and sign off, both in person and via use of our innovative App.
